code 3, replaced map sensor and its still on
I heard its the map sensor wiring that has a bad connection. ecu pins are all good and the plug on the map sensor seems a bit loose. anyone know what can cause the code 3?

Run continuity tests on the wires from the ecu to the sensor to make sure you don't have a short somewhere on the wires.
Check and make sure the pins on the plug to the map and the map itself are clean of any buildup preventing it from contacting each other.
Make sure you didn't accidentally switch the map and tps plugs. Get a wiring diagram and double check that.
Last try to get a known working sensor and try to change it again.

Im pretty sure you can pull apart the back side of the plug to get the wires and pins out. Use a little probe to pry it apart. If it's loose that's probably the problem. It's just not making contact so it's running like it's not on there at all. Maybe look into getting another plug from someones old wiring harness and cut yours and resolder another one on there or just take apart the plug and put the new plastic part of the plug on there. It's hard to explain but I hope it makes sense.
To depin those style plugs, you remove the white plastic piece inside of the connector, then push down on the pin with a very small pick. While doing this pull from the wire from the backside of the plug. You will see....one way will allow you to pull them right back, while the other way will just make it tighter, and almost impossible to pull apart without breaking it. Good luck!
