Default Knock sensor bypass

Hi. does anyone know a way to just bypass the knock sensor. Make the computer think its there so it doesnt kick a code? im running a b18b block and pr3 head and ecu in my 89 crx si.

chip the ECU and disable it.
or get an ECU that doesn't require the knock sensor.

Why not just run a knock sensor?

b18b block doesnt have a place to spin one in, dont feel like getting back there and drilling and tapping the block anywhere. i am going to get the resistance value of the knock sensor and try running a resistor off the ecu pin to ground, should do the trick
