Default Changing valve guides

I have 2 new valve guides for the head i'm working on you usually just wack the old ones out, is that all you have to do on a b16 head? or is there a trick to it. I just don't want to bend/break anything i don't want to.

Snap-on sells a nice driver with a 7mm pilot, perfect for b series valveguides.
Use it with an air hammer/rivet gun...
Works great if you ever have to do it again!

Technically you're supposed to heat the head to 180 or 200 degrees or something so that the aluminum expands but the bronze does not... that way the both go out easier without damaging their seats and also the new ones go in easier and have a permenant strong seal.
