Idle Surge.
Ok guys need a little help here, Ok so i done a b18c swap recently on a d16y7 car. Im not having problems with the idle, In the throttle body i can place my finger over the top port (i guess to the iac) and it quits reving up and down. I think that ive wired the IAC backwards. Anyone have an anwser? The bottom port doesnt suck air btw.
The way i understand it is, If the IAC is ground out it will open up thus creating vaccum which is what i think is happening, but before i cut wires i want to see if that is true. and if i could possible have them crossed up

See, I didnt have the Original engine harness, i free wired everything. Im about 90% sure im *** backwards on the wiring but i want to get some help from someone that has experience with a honda. Ive got none what so ever other then basics, This is my first swap and so far ive done pretty good.
is it pulsing? or just surges out of control? is it is pulsing you can try cleaning out the iacv with carb cleaner and replacing it. try removing the wires from the iacv while the car is running does the idle drop or raise?
