Bleed your clutch, through slave cylinder. Search, you will find exact directions. If you slap in 2nd before you drive it helps align the gears. Might help. Bleed that bitch, you'll be fine. Honda 3.1 brake fluid is a good choice, or Motul, or ATE. Nothing else.

I had the same prob with my '92 lude. The Master cylinder and maybe also your Slave is out, or going out.
If your leaking that may also be a sign of a bad Slave cylinder

I heard that it might be the sycros damaged...It is caused by the short shifter, the sycros line up perfect with the stock shifter and and short shifter give . of a second quicker it doesn't line up. Question is does any one have any ideas how repair it and able to keep the quick throw(with out damaging the sycros agian).

Before throwing out cash, lift ur car up and go underneith and look at ur shifter where it is bolted to the shifter rod--the bolt may have came loose. Mine was too loose and I can wiggle my shifter left to right about a whole inch while in gear; tightened the bolt and it was cool. ALso I'd take care of that leak asap.
