Icon2 head gasket?

Just wanted to be sure, bought a crv with a b20z1 cheap and I did a leak down test, pressurized cyl #4 and the air is coming out of cyl #3. Also, cyl 4 compression is 30 psi. All other cylinders are 180-200 compression. I am thinking head gasket,. Just wanted your guys opinion.

With compression that low I'd say rings.
Bt pop the rad. Cap and listen for air when you do the leak down test.

Pour a teaspoon of oil into that low cylinder, and let the rings seal a bit.

Recheck your compression right after on that same cylinder, and see if there is a change.
If there is a change, it's most likely your rings are shot.

that would explain low compression, but how would the air be getting into the neighboring cyl? i ask because i am having the same problem with my gsr, but its cyl 2 leaking to cyl 1. my compression is 180 except cyl2 which is more like 135

If you have access to a smog machine it's easier to check headgasket that way. Really simple, just put probe above recovery tank and rev the motor or snap throttle it. If the HC reading on the machine elevates you have urself a headgasket issue or crack head/cylinder.
