Alright I was searching for this n haven't found anything helpful. I got a blox tb so no fitv. My question is where should I route the line from the iacv that normally goes to the fitv? I have a nipple coming out of the top of the block near the head that goes in the coolant passages that I think will work but I will post a pic tomorrow of the nipple im talking bout. Thanks for the help PS 99 gsr engine
NO. That is an oil vapor port. It is supposed to connect to the black box on the back of the block (that you have removed). You need to take care of that before you start the engine, or it will spray oil mist all over the engine bay.
The 2nd line from the Iacv goes to the same place that the 2nd line from the Fitv would go. Its on the thermostat housing.
Next time, just google Fitv bypass.

Actually they didn't have the answer because I wasn't sure where the fitv outlet hose went but I know now because u said it went to the tstat housing. So I do know what I need to do now. Thanks. The car has been torn down for so long with so many changes I don't remember where some stuff goes.
