Sure. I suspect the oil is of less consequence and going for a break in oil of any kind should be fine. The oil is only used for about an hour or less depending on how long it takes you to warm up the engine, set ignition timing and then do the procedure.
After that the oil comes out as well as a filter swap and normal oil refill. I think any break in oil will work well in those conditions.
I think the oil only makes a difference if you don't drain and fill after the break in process. Only then will the heavy zinc and phosphorous come into play as they extend the anti-wear properties as was noted by the analyst.
For a short haul process of only break in, any non-detergent 5w-30 will work. I think that is mainly what you are paying for with break in oil is detergent free. Most regular conventional oils are packed with detergents.
