ES urethane bushing lube?

Default ES urethane bushing lube?

ok, so what do i need to lube these bushings with before i put them in so they dont squeek? and what bushings do i lube? right now im doing the lower control arms (front) and upper control arms (front).

I beleive the lube is for when you try to push them in.They also give the lube for the shifters and it makes it a breeze to push the busing through.

They help alot to push them in but the main reason is so they dont squeak. When I was installing mine I forgot to grease up the rear driver side and it was squeaking like hell. So I had to take it all apart again and grease them up.

ok, what grease is used then? that was what my main question was...heh..just regular all purpose grease? or is there some kinda grease that isnt damagint o bushings? im kinda in the dark

The grease ES sends with the bushings is so-so, I used Super Hi-temp Urea Grease from Honda...part#08798-9002, it seems to work well.

what about this silkolene Pro RG2 all purpose racing grease made by fuchs...i originally bought it for my little XR50R for the springs and stuff...can this be used?

on the back it says "synthetic racing grease" says heat resistant too.
