Default Bushings for control arm

I need to get ES poly bushings but i am have a hard time trying to figure out exactly what i should buy because the only bushings i need are the 3 bushings the go on the rear lower control arms......so when they say rear control arm "set" do they mean all six bushings for the 2 rear arms........also does this include the big bushing in the middle with the other 2 smaller bushings on each end....sorry for all this just a little short on money and dont want to get the wrong thing.
