Default Dist no spark

i got a GSR OBD1 that i rewired and soldered to an OBD2 plug. everything color matched. when i got it it didnt have an internal coil so i took one off a running 96 sohc CX. got new cap and new wires and rotors and when i went to go fire, it gets no spark, what other internal part could need to be changed?

I tested another GSR dist and it starts the car up.

Could be the igniter, try using the one from the good dist and see if that works.
