Default NO start after cap, rotor and plug wires

I was working on my moms 98 LX 1.6L today, took the cap, rotor and plug wires off and went to the store to buy new ones. While I was gone I guess she didnt know I had taken it apart and tried to start it to go to the store. Not really sure how long she was cranking it for. Got home put all the new stuff on and now it wont start just cranks. Any ideas what could have happened?

Assuming the firing order is correct I would say the coil is toast

Ya firing order is good I made a picture and went off that and even double checked it in haynes. Would doing that toast the coil it seems kind of wierd that it would just happen to go out at the exact time i had the other stuff off?

basically, when you put power to the coil and it has no work to do, it cooks it most of the time... so your mom cooked it, you can blame it on her if you like

take the coil out and have autozone test it.
the other thing is that maybe she flooded the plugs. take the plugs out and spray brake cleaner on them, dry them off and try restarting it. also you can test the coil urself by removing one of the plug wires from the plug end, place an old plug in it and see if you get spark.
