Hey guys I was wondering what kind of compression I'm looking at with CTR pistons in a stock B16A (obd1). Will the difference be noticeable? Also, they will fit with no fabrication, correct?

compression 11.1:1
you have to widen the opening in the piston to accomodate the rod.

Next time do a search.

 

I did do a search. Will they fit on my stock rods?

 

like i said you have to open up the piston a little bit

CTR rods will work fine, they were made for the piston remember. Instead of widening the piston cant you can take a mm from each side of the rod to make the piston fit.

 

ctr rods will only work if you use them with a civic type-R crank in a b18c block.
they will not work in a b16a
