Hello to all reading and to Honda Tech

I have a idle problem (#1 Problem around HT) but it starts fine and runs decent (cant really tell Bcuz i dont have a muffler) while i coast my rpm's around 800 which is normal. when i come to a complete stop my idle drops to almost 0 (im guessing 200) then my pulleys start making noise and i think its my Crankshaft pulley making the noise. i noticed the pulleys wobbling a bit too. so to my question, Can mine Crankshaft pulley affect my Idle? and has anyone ever come across this problem im describing?

I'm Driving a 99 Civic DX with a b20 Swap obd1 conv.

 

If its wobbling its likely the key is about to give out which can be disastrous.

Its possible a bearing on the timing side is bad.

 

and that can mess with the Idle? but thanks Holmes really appreciate it! i'm going to stop driving it until i know for a fact that my motor still has hope. i was thinking that could mean its trashed. ill check into the key and bearing you speak of. Forgot to add, The crank pulley only makes noise and wobbles when the cars at operation temp.
anyone have any other idea's or to add?
