Default Quick question

my car is idling low... sometimes very low when the car is warm... i unplugged the IACV when the car was running and there was no difference in the RPM. does that mean its going and it has to be replaced?

ok well i unplugged it and the idle didnt increase at all!!!
i unplugged it and then when i plugged it in again the pflow made a quick noise, sorta like it sucked in air for a split second... but the idle didnt do anything...
im guessing its the IACV that has to be changed or hopefully im wrong..
if so does anyone have an extra one lying around?
