Default Bought EG project car, have problem

So I bought an EG project car and was taking everything apart.
Took the rear trailing arms of to find that the previous owner welded the adjustable toe fastener to the car on 1 side. So needless to say i am not happy.
What do I do here?
Is this ok if i used adjustable toe arms given its welded securely?
This is unreal and never thought id have a problem like this

He welded the bolts? What a dumbass... I'm assuming your talking about the bolts that hold the adjuster in place. You shouldn't have problems with durability, I'd be more concerned with getting enough adjustment out of the part.

he welded the adjuster plate to the car not the bolt. I dont think the adjustment will be a problem since it seams it was welded while aligned properly lol

Think there would be any other problems just getting adjustable arms?

would it be worth it to try and cut it out and weld in a new section from another car? or just get toe adjusters?

Do it right! Do it once!

You are just starting this project? Lets not start on the wrong foot. Cut out the subframe in that area and weld in a new one from a donor car.
