i actually just ran into this problem. i stuck a flat head screwdriver in the hole, and held the nut. got the bolt out. but now i gotta figure out how to get it back in.

I have the same problem, both sides the bolts just spin, how do they lock? It is really hard to drive the car like this.

Someone PLEASE help on this problem
