Default Bearings don't sit flush in journal (pics)

Hi I'm in the middle of doing a rebuild and I'm using ACL standard size race bearings for the build. I'm having a problem with the bearings not sitting flush into the journals no matter how hard I press them. When trying other journals with the same bearing they sit perfectly fine.

I took the motor apart twice. First time those same bearings in that same journal looked pretty beat up so I changed them to these new ACL. Then I take the motor apart again after driving less than 200 miles and find out they're showing premature wear on the same bearings. I've come to realized that they never sat flush with the journal. Never dealt with this problem before and unsure of what to do. Any input from tech savy guys out there?

This thread may get a better response in the engine machining/assembly section as it directly pertains to engine assembly and the challenges there of.

What engine do you have? What is the part number on the box of bearings you bought?
