Default bearing choice

i am build a sleeved gsr motor and wondering what the best bearing choice is.
mainly asking this the the guys making 700+ whp.
my build will be that much or more.

now there are the normal acl bearings that i could get.
also there are acl bearings that are coated and the price is twice as much.

are the coated bearings worth the money?

There are duraglides and race bearings. for your application i would go with race bearings. Check what size bearings you mainly have on your engine and then will determine if you need over or under or standard sized acl's

Use OEM bearings and size them correctly...

I've used Clevite bearings for the past 3-4 years with zero issues (same set). Going to be changing them out finally for a fresh set. I'm not over the 700hp mark however (660+). Price isn't too bad either.
