Default B18b1 automatic in 96 civic

Can I please get some help here.. I have a 96 civic lx sedan. It has a b18b1 in it running the ls tranny automatic. . I am running the single cam ecu that came in the car. It runs and drives but does not have the power it should. It shifts out at 4500 rpms. . I have read and seen the tcm for the ls needs to be wired up for a auto ls ecu to run it.. the motor is in and all the mounts. I have seen that is a huge problem for many. Well for me it is getting it to run right. Thanks everyone. Yes I know I need to 5 speed swap it and I may do it down the road. For now I want to get the ecu worked out.

Why not run a ls ecu? May have to repin some stuff, but honestly, just 5 speed swap jt now, and stop wasting time lol

I'm sure you're throwing CEL codes.
