Default b20vtec smoking problem please help

ok so b20b block b16 head supertech springs and retainers golden eagle vtec kit type r oil pump ok so i put the motor together smoking bad burning alot of oil bought another block feom jdm depot drove for 2 months no smoke put b16 head on smoking again bad bought a new head all seals and guides dne an resufaced an all that put it on the block smoking again exact same way this is 2 blocks now an 2 b16 heads im at a loss only thing i havent changed was oil pump an golden eagle kit car runs and drives perfect just smokes bad any help plz 185 acrosss all 4 leak dwn test shows no leakage no leak from oil tap im lost with this 1

What color is the smoke?
When does it smoke accelerating, decelerating or all the time? 94

it smokes blue and is smoking on accell an decell an sometimes at idle ! also i blew my tap on the old head witch threw oil everywhere in the intake manifold exhaust manifold when i took it apart to put the new head on there was still some oil in the intake manifold i couldnt get it all out so not sure if its burning that still but i have about 4 days of driving on it an its still doin it i just had this car as a b20b an nva smoked throw head on an smoke 2 blocks 2 heads all smoking the same has same oil pump an sandwitch plate is the only thing i havent swapped but dnt see how it would cause this

oil? Must be the headgasket cuz it happened after the vtec head swap. You aint' reusing the headgasket are you?

ok yes i redecked the head i wish i had reused headgasket cause this is my 4th colden eagle 1 about 550$ just on head gaskets the old head had bad guides my new head has brand new guides as well as supertech valve seals the valves are stock this time my other head had the valves the new head has springs and retainers thats it but im gna take the manifold off cuz my old head would fill it up with fresh oil this is my fourth time doin this car dont over heat i did everything rite the tap was apoxied this time to b safe car dnt over heat or loose coolant just was courious if mayb oil pump or golden eagle sandwich plate is causing it mayb throwing to much oil has me so stumped to the point i went an bought a whole nother b20 motor drove it no smoke bought the new head had it resurfaced tapped an guides an seals dne with golden eagle headgasket an still blue smoke comin out this pipe the old head did put oil in the manifold so mayb still burning but i am loosing about a quart every 300 miles thank yous for the response ima take the manifold off again an see if its full of oil

Have you checked your PCV valve, it may be stuck open, that would account for excessive oil in the intake. 94

tony 2018! i did reuse the studs there arps an this is my secont set an second time using this set also did compression test again an 185 across the board im gna do a leak dwn an get back to yous thanks for the responses appritiate it
