is the p75 ecu the right one for a ls swap
alright well my car started as a 96 civic dx auto and currently has a 96 ls with a gsr trans im still running stock p2e ecu and well as could imagine things arent working so well whats the right ecu to use here

You have a few options...
1st, you can use a 96-98 P75 OBDIIA
Or, since i have the same car as you, do an obdI conversion and run either a
-92-93 PR4
-94-95 P75

^^he is right but around emission time you will have to switch back to the 96-98 obd2a p75 one to get a reading from the scan port.

but heres a list of ECU's that you could use:
- 1990-1993 -- PR4 obd0
- 1992-1995 -- P74 obd1
- 1992-1995 -- P75 obd1
- 1996-1999 -- PR4 obd2
- 1996-2000 -- P75 obd2
just keep in mind that if your car is still obd2 and you want to run a non-obd2 ECU, you would have to convert everything to that obd...otherwise i believe it will throw CEL codes

yeah i think im going to just go with the right one it would of been nice to have a chipped ecu but not worth all the hassle of trying to buy a sticker
