what ecu is he running? who installed it?
also i'd bet that it isn't going to be that quick anyways, the auto b18b are really slow, but probally not as bad as you are explaining it

he ran both the Ls ecu and his P28 ecu......right now he has the P28 running but its very slow......i am not joking when i say his motor is running slow.......but the ls ecu wouldn't let him put it in gears......not sure why the ls ecu wont put in drive......the motor is drop into a 92-95 civic .....but the tranny mount seem to be pushing the motor to the right......i have asked mechanic why does the motor seem to be pushed to the right......he said it maybe the tranny mount but he's not sure.......a friend did the swap, he did his own swap including mines.......i would say he had enough experience in swapping it by now.....he took his motor out and put it back in atleast 5 times by now......

Re: Ls into Civic coupe (Eg6_JDM)
There could be alot of reasons why it didn;t drop in right. One could possibly be an automatic transmission. I don't know if he did this. But it almost sounds like he used the automatic transmission. I don't know if this fits since nobody does it. But it might not. Another possibility might be using a 1990-1993 Integra motors and not changing the mounts to the 1994+ style.
Does he really think the motor is going to run right with the P28 ECU? Not only are the fuel maps wrong. But he is going to be running a constant check engine light for the VTEC solenoid and VTEC pressure switch. If the right ECU won;t work, something is probably wrong with the wiring.

his car is an auto so he decided to go with an auto ls......i told him just drop a b18c and get a manual conversion......his decision......but its all LS mounts +94 .......
the Ls ecu will not put in drive for some reason......couldn't not shift to the gears so thats why he's using the p28......
i think he should sell the b18b and get a b18c already......wasting his time with an auto
