automatic ecu work w/ manual car?

just as the topic says.. can a automatic P13 ecu outta a prelude work in a manual prelude.. or will it not work right?

it will work but will throw code 19 auto lock up solenoid

so if i use an auto p28 with s100 in my h22 lude it wouldnt have any problemos? just throw a code?
