Default ARP Stud Lubricant Application

For those of you that used the ARP Lube that comes with head studs, did you use the lube for puting the studs into the block, bolts onto studs, or both?

Well all but one stud are in the block. The stud on left intake side doesn't want to go all the way down for some reason, should I clean it out with a tap?

Use the assembly lube in both the block and bolts to get proper torque specs. Never put in dry.
