Default ARP head stud problem...???

i was torqing down the studs.. 22ftlb, then 63ftlb. the same sequence as the helms manual says. well i get to one of the studs and im torqing it down to 63, but it keeps turning, its tight but just keeps turning. i hope its not stirpped. should i take all the studs off and chek it. all the other studs are torqued to 63. this one is torqued pretty well just not sure why it keeps turning. the stud looks all the way down. what should i do

thanx

Were you installing the studs in the block or torquing your head on?
