adjusting valves???
It just refers to the clearance between the camshaft lobes and the rockers... Valves set too tight will cause wear on the head and cams, too loose allows the rockers to vibrate around which can get loud and doesn't allow the valve to be depressed all the way..... Here's some info on a vavle adjust if you are interested... It's really very simple, the only thing that may take a bit of getting used to is using a feeler gauge... You just need to get the feel for it.. Good Luck
Also this is for a DOHC VTEC valve adjust which is a little trickier than say an LS, CRV, or SOHC motor... They all work basically the same except for when measuring lash on an SOHC motor you'll slide the feeler gauge between the bottom of the rocker and the valve stem... http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/v...alveadjust.php
