Default Shaft Play, How much?? (no jokes)

I recently solved a return line issue I had. I think I caught it before doing any damage to the turbo.

I have absolutely no in/out shaft play.

What is normal up and down?? I remember when I bought the turbo brand new it had a little up/down movement, but I can't remember how much.

It's a precision turbo, how much is normal????

I'm pretty sure it's fine, I just need a reference to go off of. Thanks

I don't have any exact measurments for you, but generaly the thickness of a business card is about right. Judging by this lovely ruler furnished by my bank and one of my cards, I would say somewhere in the area of .25-.35mm of play would be fine.
