hey guys
i just installed a greddy kit on my integra ls
here is the problem
i start up the car and i get a ton of black smoke from the exhaust manifild/turbo area.....i check the oli guage, it starts at 50 then drops to 25
i took it for a spin around the block, i dont boost pass 2psi.........

i just spoke to greddy and this is there assesment.
flow rate of oil is not what it should be.
i am using flamenco T's (stan's) oil relocation kit....he also said that might be the problem....

i think i have a bad turbo.. i dont think installed anything wrong.....
can anyone else shed some light on my dilema

bump...anybody out there that can give me an opinion...

 

Prolly nuthin to worry about. It's probably the grease from ur hands (while u were installing it) and other gunk just burning off.

 

did you purge the oil line before connecting the oil feed to the turbo?
