I drove for 3000 miles and put an extra 3.5 quarts in along the way cuz I kept on running low. Come back home, check my oil, and there is nothing there! Nada! I just dont believe my car could burn up almost 9 quarts of oil just like that. I just rebuilt the block about 7000 miles ago. No blue smoke from exhaust. No obvious oil leaks.

Im basically just stumped. The only solution I can come up with is my integra actually burned almost 9 quarts of oil. Throughout the whole trip I never hit more then 3 or 4psi of boost. Anyone else have this problem with their GSR? Does it actually have anything to do with the turbo kit?

oh yea I use mobil 1 synthetic.

check the turbo for oil leakage, check the chargepipes and turbnine outlet for signs of oil.... burning oil isnt normal.

it could be the turbo, valve guides or just blowby/ring wear

Do you think it would be a good idea to take off the chargepipes and feed lines and inspect them for damage along with the turbo? Im not sure exactly what im looking for though. A cut or tear or signs of excess oil being built up somewhere.

Are the valve guides the samething you adjust during a valve adjustment cuz i got alot of clicking coming from under the valvecover.
