Default Clutch wont engage, PLZ HELP ASAP

lately as soon as i fix one problem with the hatch another comes up... so, following the trend, now that i got my speedo working again, the clutch goes. im almost 100% sure it isnt the clutch itself, since i put in a new ACT street disk with my swap just 10-20k miles ago...

so anyways, the problem is that the clutch wont engage... the pedal is all slack untill the very back, and then it starts to engage, but not enough to get it in gear. i noticed the problem starting yesterday when i had to compleatly floor the clutch for it to engage fully, but now today it wont engage at all. anyone know what is causing the problem, and how i should go about fixing it? thanks for any help, hopefully i can get the hatch up and running soon before my friends get tired of me hitching rides to work

EDIT: almost forgot, i have a 95ish JDM B18C w/ LSD tranny, im pretty sure its a hydro clutch, and im sure its important.

Sounds like leak somewhere. Check around the clutch slave and master cylinders for leaks. Make sure to look on the inside by where the pedal attaches to the cylinder. If everything is ok, bleed the system.

you shouldnt be flooring the clutch anyway when ur switching gears.
safer and ur clutch will last longer that way

?! if he dosent go to the floor how does he know its fully disengaged? slipping the clutch does 10x the damage as fully releasing it. by not fully disengaging it you will drastically shorten the life of the clutch.

whoever told you that is completley wrong.

always push it fully to the floor.

you might have a leak possibly.
is it hydro or cable?
the clutch plate might have also broken..
