how much boost with the Greddy profec B first gen hold safley and controlling? I'm trying to see if ti will work for my needs. I have one now but not sure if it is capable of handling 27 lbs os boost or not.

2.0bar is the limit of that solenoid. The rest is based upon the reliability of your wastegate

spoke to greddy. Here is what they said.
The first gen profec-b only will do 100+20% over wastegated settings. they said if iw as going to use it, i needed to get a 1.2-1.4 bar spring and then it would run 27lbs ok. The spec2 will do 0-open wastegate setting.

they said it was not prssure sensetative, it was basically only capable of handeling about 20-25% more than the wastegaste was set to. so if you install a 1.2-1.4bar spring, you can then go to 28-30psi if you wanted.
