Default SOHC d15b7 turbo?

I want to boost a stock sohc d15b7 motor with Z6 tranny. I want to use a small Ko3 Vw stock turbo (1.8T) with a Hf manifold and adapter plate, it will be not be intercooled, 2 1/4inch mandrel bent piping w/hks bov and ACT clutch. My question is what is a good guess to how much Hp is attainable at 7psi with this Simple set-up? This will be my first project so please help me out.

I would recommend getting an intercooler to boost 7 psi.

BTW, I work at Progressive in Riverview.

Lets use examples

a d16z6 at 10 psi hits around 200 hp.

a d15b7 is around 100hp, lets say its ups 80 to the ground. well 7psi couuld be around 50-70 hp depending on your setup. This is an idea of where you might stand.

you also have to consider that its a 1.5 liter not a 1.6 and it also doesnt have vtec like the z6 does

you use the hole in the back of the block where the oil pressure sending unit is located, and then using -4an or -3an stainless steel lines run it to the turbo. hit up flamencoT here on HT. he can hook you right up
