16x7.5 wheels?
Came across as set of 16x7.5 +32 offset Kosei K1 wheels listed on another forum.
What kind of clearance issues would I run into? I'm kind of curious to give 215/45 falkens a shot. Pretty good price on the wheels, and i've got enough 15" tires to keep me busy for the rest of the year but its something i'd like to try.

With 16*7.5" Advans you won't need any fender work with the stock suspension. This is because the Advans are +45 offset
Hrmph. Thats an extra 1/2" towards the fenders with those K1's....

16x7 TE37, 43mm offset, with tires 33 lbs (215/45 Azenis), it does rub
Mugen MF-10's... +43mm offset... 215-45/16 Falken Azenis... stock suspension
slight rub on inside with full lock, just nips the plastic fenderwell liner on the inside.
At least they wont rub in front!

Ok, I have a set of spoons 16 x 7 (+45 Offset) and I just put on a set of 215 45-16's and they just BARELY fit, and I also shaved about half of the width of the lip of the fender (sorry about construction of sentence..didn't know how else to word it)

I don't think they're going to work, either.
OEM 16's are +50, and Spoon 16x7 are +45.
With 15x7 Kosei +38 and Toyo RA 205's, we still had to adjust the left rear fender.
I think you're safer trying different wheels.

I'm running 16*7.5 +45 offset Advan rg's with 215/45-16 azenis on the R. The car has buddy club suspension on it. The gap between the tire and the fender is about one finger at the most (corner weight
). The only rub is in the front but only at full lock.

I've run the 215/45/16 Azenis on the track and autocross. I really did not like them. The gearing was to tall compared to the 205/50/15s. It is a significant difference IMO and I would not not switch back unless I had a higher final drive and/or much more power.
Example, all over mid-ohio, I felt like I was in the wrong gear and I had to shift too often, even into 2nd for the keyhole and carousel. With the 15s, I could run the course in 3rd and 4th and I picked up some time. I know its course dependent, but the 3 tracks I ran on, the 15s were the better choice.
