Help..First time tapping a oil pan
1. put your turbo and manifold on your block if you have them and imagine running a rubber hose a steel braided line from the return side straight to the oil pan
2. mark the spot in which you want to drill (drill as high as possible still allowing the fitting you are using to fit)
3. you can either force thread the fitting which is just use a wrench to screw in, weld a fitting, or JB Weld It, or you can tap the hole to screw the fitting in
4. you are done . . . takes a little bit of time but that's it.

You are supposed to tap near the top of the deepest part of the pan. You are also supposed to tap in front of one of the caps so the windage from the rotating crank doesn't affect the drain flow.
