Default flywheel

I am thinking about getting some light weight flywheel.
does anyone know the weight on the 99 jdm itr flywheel?
also, if i get some 8 pounds flywheel, what are the benefit and hp gain?
And does it bad for the stock motor or any down side of using it?
please help me out, thanks

Hp gains? I dont think you actually see any improvement in actual power do you? Its just that the engine can rev. faster which means you can hit the peak sooner. Then again I could be totally wrong.

there are no hp gains.. in fact.. i don't think there any gains except you'll feel the difference, yet nothing to show performance wise.
