Default Engine Bays: EF vs DA

I have a 91 integra and Im thinking about buying a EF to put my turbo project (b16) into just because Ive heard that a EF is the lightest body style.

Are they engine bays the same?
Do I need a mount kit?
EF are obd0 correct?
What is needed to put a bseries in a EF?

Thanks

Please search because a lot of your answers will be answered.

You will need a mount kit for a b16. 88-91 Civic/CRX are obd0. You need a few things to put a bseries in there.

Search search and search

People always say search search search; Im very well aware of searching; but what a lot of people dont understand is some people dont know what exactly to search for.

I mean you type in bseries; and you get 10 pages of stuff about bseries; its much too hard to find that exact answer!

Thanks for you help though

You will need:
mount kit, shift linkage.
Since you have a teg, you will pretty much have everything else you need, such as axles, throttle cable, ecu engine, wiring harness, etc.

If your b16 was jdm from a crx i believe you can use the shift linkage, but using a mount kit, it may not line up exactly. When you buy shift linkage and mounts from say, hasport or AZ, they are made to work with each other, so hasport mounts may not work well with AZ shift linkage. Its best to buy as a set.

not to be a dick. but searching is a basic thing everyone needs to learn, not even just for ht, but when you goto google to research something for school or just to learn, you need to know HOW TO search.

heres an example: i used words you used in your post to search, so you can't tell me you don't know what to search for. i'll use the string b16 into crx...

search ---> 'Your search for b16 into crx returned 21 results.' Here are a few of the results that might help you out:

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=797835
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=794771
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=797808

my first search came up with maybe 3 usefull links? that was only searching resent stuff.

next search, searching the archived stuff.

search ----> 'Your search for b16 into crx returned 244 results.'

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=693268
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=682178
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=682477

when you search properly you will also find answers to other questions that arise while researching your original question. now that i've taken this time out of my precious 24 hr day, it's time to drink another beer.

goodluck and happy searching (researching)
