Default short shifter with hasport shift linkage?

I have a bseries swap in my 91 si.

I am using hasport billet mount kit + shift linkage + hydro tranny to cable conversion kit.

The shifter throws seem to be longer and sloppier than they are in my integra.

Part of this might be the shifter bushings (which I will replace readily), but to shorten the throws I was thinking of getting a short shifter. Should I use an itr shifter (looks about the same as stock ef), or an aftermarket one such as C's?

Anybody else have this dissatisfaction?
