Ok I know all car's are different, and there are many determining factors, so no one has to tell me that...however I just want some educated estimates.

The car is a 94 LS, everything stock except for a GSR tranny.

FI setup: Lovefab sst manifold, k26 turbo, delta wastegate w/5-7 psi springs, greddy type S BOV, Vortech FMU, Ford Probe intercooler, 2" piping...

I will be running 7 psi, and as far as fuel I have two options I'm considering.

I will most likely get DSM 450's and a walbro 225 either way:

1. The vortech FMU

2. An eprom programmed with Uberdata for 7 psi in my setup, but still not tuned...just like a basemap pretty much.


So which of those would you reccommend and what about guesses at quarter times and HP/TQ??? thanks in advance

 

why a k25? and does cody have a flange to mount it with is the Question i have?

 

The K26 came with the kit that was put together by someone else, and I suppose it has the flange because the guy i got it from had it on his b16

 

not sure if u'll get into the 13.5's...maybe upper 13.xx's. i know its kinda off topic but, isnt the k series turbocharger the same size as the stock VW gti snail? just wondering....

 

I do not know honestly, from what I have heard this isn't the greatest....but it has not arrived yet so I don't know much about it. All I want is a good spool time and 7 psi, hope it can do that!

It is funny you should say that, that is a picture of a car that was for sale on Ebay a while back. My car has the same body work, with more molding (shaved antennae, door moldings, squirter, rear wiper, rain channels filled, emblems, rear lock) and is WINGLESS with ALL RED teg tails!

Oh and to the matter @ hand...power and speed, obviously you don't know much about the question, so why knock on the exterior when this is the wrong forum and you don't even know if that is my car--which again, it IS NOT.

The stock VW turbo is a K03 and is much smaller then a K26.

 

I don't think you'll need a walbro 255 for just 7lbs. Just go with the 190. The 255 is loud as **** and more expensive, i believe. I'm going with a T3 turbo, "built" motor (no sleeves...blah) and running 11lbs daily with a starion front mount, 1g dsm bov, and using an ACT stage 2 clutch. SAFC, venom 350cc injectors, and the 190lph fuel pump are going to keep my a/f ratios nice...i hope But I'm not planning on 13's...**** i'm hoping to break into the 15's

 

if your gonna get a new pump , just spend the extra $10 if even that and get the 255, trust me 7psi will get old quick . why not have the extra fuel incase you ever need it

 

yeah true that...just make sure your motor can take it I think 7psi is about the limit for most stock honda motors.

that statement is incorrect

It all depends on your tuning, your turbo setup install and the strength of your motor. A lot of people run around on there cars untuned, or with crazy boost spiking, or boosting at a crazy psi. Thats what makes the cars blowup. If you know how to do things and everything is done correctly it can last a long *** time and can also be powerful. Its obviously suggested to build up your internals, but thats basically a good thing for any turbo setup on any car....not just honda's.

Why would you build up your motor and run a SAFC? Why not go Hondata, especially if your going to spend all that money to build up your motor. I haven't heard any good things about venom either, id suggest RC saturated injectors. I can't believe your spending money to build up your internals and then turning around not piecing together a strong *** kit with top of the line ****. Also, what kind of car do you have? You should easily be seeing 13's if your running on 11psi on a gsr or even an ls. unless your running a little *** turbo

 

using a T3 turbo. 1995 Integra LS...with a shitload of miles. Think my stock pistons and rods can still take it? I'm worried about all that...
