Violent Shaking Under Acceleration
I have a 93 Prelude Si, I swapped the motors with a JDM H22A this summer and I love it, well about a month ago my car started shaking under acceleration and so I figured it was an axle, so I replaced the passenger side axle and the problem was solved. Then about a week later the problem came back again, so I replaced the passenger side again and it didnt fix anything. So I just finished changing both axles for brand new axles, not reman, they are GCK from advanced auto parts, I know they arent the quality of RAXLE or anything, but I dont have the money for those right now. A few friends of mine thought that it was motor mounts so they told me to pull up the e-brake and try to drive forward and back to see if the motor moved a lot either way, and it doesnt hardly move at all. I dont want to have to take it to a repair shop becuase they like to rape people. So any suggestions would be appreciated.

according to that, its the inner CV, but how can i tell if its causing the shaking, i just had my axles done today, and i shake alot, and they are trying to pawn it off on the engine mount.

I found out what the problem was, my car was too low. The eibach sportlines dropped my prelude like 3 inches which was really low so it caused the axles to bind and wear out in like 2 weeks. I raised the car back up on stock springs, replaced the axles again and the problem was fixed, I guess I will have to go with a full coilover setup next time.
