well first off has it been doing this since the swap was fist done.if so there could be a fue ploblems.depending on the qaulity of the mounts that u used or the person that made the mounts.the motor could be in offsides.

the other thing is if the car had ever been in a colision and the frame is bent.

another thing is you could have the wrong axle in the car. if you are using 91 axles you could try using 89 integra axles

There are two different half shafts that can be used. One halfshaft is longer then the other. Only one works with the 91 integra axle. On the halfshaft there is a letter/number stamp combo. Kinda hard to see but its on the top portion of the mounting bracket(you may have to remove the halfshaft to see it). If you use the one off the jap spec crx its to long. Inspect the number and report back. I dont remember which is which right now but ill find out tomorrow and get back to you. Does it click or the steering wheel judder when turning?

by saying the half shaft which axle are you talking about?? the driver or the passenger, the wheel jerks and it clicks as well the whole thing is bogus... im sooo frustrated, anyway the stamp is where on the intermediate shaft or on the axle itself? that kinda confused me, i think my driver side axle is actually a jdm axle that came with the motor but the passenger side i replaced... what axle do i actually need to use? thank you soo much for your help i know a share about swaps but this is a little complicated. thanks again -andrew p.s. i would much rather get new axles than a intermediate shaft or half shaft... so what axles do i need if i use the jdm half shaft??

I am talking about the half shaft(intermediate) on the passenger side. Here is the problem I think you are running into. In a Jap spec Crx the half shaft is longer and the axle is shorter then the American/JDM 91 integra. Now if you run an american axle(which you bought new) this will be to long. The only combo that would work assuming you have the jap spec crx half shaft is the original axle from the jap crx. I know this is all confusing but you need to find the number of the halfshaft and report back. It is casted into the halfshaft housing. This will eliminate or confirm what I think is happening. It will be a SH3 type number.

found the info I was looking for

1st check wut type of tranny you have...y1/j1/s1/ys1
2nd check which intermediate shaft you have sk7/sh3
if you have y1 tranny and sh3 intermediate shaft you will use 89teg axle on drivers side and 90 teg axle on passenger side
if you have a sk7 intermediate shaft you will use 90 teg axles on both sides...
if you use 90 teg axles on driver side with sh3 intermediate shaft it will be too long
