popping noise; what could it be?
Well, I was on my way home from work and the roads were kinda wet because it was raining all day. So I wasn't driving it hard at all but when I came to a stop light, I shifted into first gear, then shifted into second at about 3500 RPM's but a soon as I shifted into second, I heard this pop noise kinda like I was shifting hard but I wasn't. When I came to the second light, I shifted 3k but this time it didn't pop but at the third light, I shifted at about 3k again then it made the same pop noise. I had a lot more lights to go before I hit the freeway but it never made the noise again. I also recently had a problem with shifting into first sometimes at a stop light. When the light turns green I try and and put it into first really quick and sometimes it does not go in so then I have to put it into second then first.
As soon as I got home, I called up the shop I go to and told him everything and he said he couldn't really tell what's wrong with out looking at my car but he said it might be a bad spring in my clutch. He told me to take it over to the dealer since I still have warranty but I don't know if I trust the dealer after hearing some bad stories here on honda-tech.
It is no problem at all to drive the car but I am paranoid when it comes to my car. What do you guys and girls think it could be.
P.S. I don't really race my car. Every once in a while I drive it hard but not too often. I also only have 32k on my odometer.

If so, good luck getting it fixed. My acura dealer says its normal for hondas to make clicking sounds!
