It would be safe but I would do dual stage. Just dont forget to retard ur timing.

Why risk the chance of blowing when race gas is readily available at the track?

I ran 11:2-11:4 compression with a 50 shot and ran 100 octane with a slight hint of detonation.

the timing was set at 10 degrees, I used heat range 7 copper plugs, and I dumped crazy amounts of fuel that the car would constantly flood off the n2o. Still after every pass my plugs would have some metal dust particles on them.

Why only 100 octane. If I was running that kind of compression with nitrous I would go at least 110, probably 112. Your car will run safer and better. Why risk engine damage on shitty pump gas??

100 octane was the highest level of unleaded i could obtain at the track. Heck i would run 118 if i wasnt afraid to burn out the o2.

I am from cali, the highest pump gas we get is 91. Unfortunately 100 octane isnt considered pump gas here.

But you are right, I should just said F*ck it who cares about a measly 02 and ran 118 and break into the 11s!!!

i think its totally fine to run leaded in our cars just not for a very long time. I ran it all the time in my teg when it was street legal but i only put about 2k on a year. Nothing but c12 or c16, never burnt up an 02. I did however periodicly spray it with some brake cleaner.
