Default swaping GSR dizzy into h22 dizzy problem

i know that the internals of both dizzy are compatible. i took a comparison between the both distributors and there is room for the GSR dist. stuff to fit into the prelude dizzy. so i began working on it today, the problem is that i cant remove the center "rod" which has a round bearing like on it, i belive this is keeping me unable to remove the large plate and all of the interal contents. to even make things more troublesome, i even stipped some of the screws thats inside the prelude distributor. to make things quick, i cant swap out the interals of both distributors, it seems too much of a hassle to do. does anyone know how i can handle this distributor problem? im sooooooo close to finishing the h22eg swap.

Remove the Ring clip around the shaft the part that goes to the cam, so that piece can be remove. then 3 screw that holds the shaft from the inside...quite simple i swap it out with my sohc dizzy... but you have to use the h22 shaft
