have you tried a regular h dizzy? and just converting the plug to hook up to your stock wiring? i would start there, that way if it works you know its your hybird dizzy, and if it doesnt then you have other problems...

If you swapped all the guts, I'm guessing you have the keyed piece that mates with the cam shaft on backwards. That or you hooked up one of the wires on the ignitor wrong. You can troubleshoot that with any shop manual.

I wish i did just have a extra h22 dizzy but they go for like 200 bucks new and i had two external coil h22 dizzy that were missing parts and one d15 dizzy that came off the single cam and i was sure that one works so i used it

what do you mean are you talking about the piece that rotates at the end of the dizzy, i didnt think there was anyway you could put on backwards, should i take it off and rotate it 180 degrees or something? also im using the h22 shaft end as the d15 one wouldnt fit in the cam groove,

Firing order in the right way? Check to see if the motor is spinning backwards (serious question). If it is then the Distributor is not getting enough power. Try hooking the blk/yel (or blk/wht) thick wire straight to the batt and see.

ok did some more testing, and the motor is spinning the right direction, and tried hooking the wire straight to battery with no avail

Some new things i found out
1) Car is not getting any spark
2) My tranny ground wire looks very corroded so ill be replacing that soon
3) My harness is wire tucked so that may be the problem although i didnt have to extedn any dizzy wires( will be putting a stock harness on soon)

Ok after i kept cranking the motor, i was getting fuel to the injectors, but now all of a sudden my fuel system isn't working too, what could cause that?

tried another Main Relay of another car i had and that didnt work

first I must say it's good to see another RHD civic, (conv. or imported?) as for your prob., are you getting any power to the fuel pump, and the dizzy????, if you did do the RHD cov. is this the first time you put a motor in it after the conv? just asking cuz it sounds like a wiring prob. check and make sure you getting power too the pump and the dizzy and get back to us.

lol thanks this has been a long ongoing project for me, yeah this car is full of first, first RHD conversion, first Wire tuck, first H22 swap LOL

maybe i should of done them one at a time

im pretty sure its a wiring problem though, as soon as i get some more time i will be removing the tuck harness and installing a stock one and then i will go from there

what doesnt make any sense to me though is the fuel pump was working great up until yesterday when it just stopped working all of a sudden(why would that happen?)

either way
1) wiring is going back to stock
2) New ground wires are getting installed(old ones were corroded)
3) Tuck harness is getting torn back apart(third time) and checked over

ill let you guys know the aftermath of that on tuesday when i dont have class

so it was my tuck harness, i plugged a bone stock harness in and the distirbutor worked, spark and all.

now i just have to figure out how to diagnose the problem on my tuck harness, wich is weird because i didnt extend any of the distributor wiring

so i took apart the harness and didnt see anything out of the ordinary, no frayed wires no thing was cut, theirs insulation around the distributor wiring but i want to leave that alone, anyone got any ideas on what it could be that stopped the distributor from working?
