Well, I did a few runs, but all with 1.2 Bar boost. This time I got only 410bhp, compared to 423bhp 3 month ago. I guess it ws the air, realy hard to breath yesterday and all other 3 cars on the dyno has about few % less power than they should have. Well, thats not so important for the difference in numbers.
I tried a run w/o injection
410bhp with 1.2 Bar boost
I did a run with activated water injection
410bhp with 1.2 boost
Then I made an intercooler spray with 2 garden pumps. I sprayd it during the dynopull on the intercooler. Also no effect: 410bhp at 1.2 Bar.
My tuner thinks that my IC is very efficient. Haltech Datalog shows 42 degree intake temp w/o on my first run. Outside it was about 25 degrees.
So, after all that I will use the aquamist stage1 system as an I/C sprayer to cool down the IC when I am in the starter position on 1/4 mile races.
When I had a hot day with 30+ degrees C I did not feel any differents when I turned the water injection on, so I had not hoped to much in some better numbers using this injection.
Well, at least we know now it won't help. btw, I use stock DRAG III intercooler.
I have now 3" dp instead 2.5inch dp last time on dyno, I notice a quicker turbo spool up on the blot for about 100-200 rpms, but the shitty air yesterday was hurting on the numbers
Result: Aquamist water injection gives no gains, IC spray gives no gains, best Dynotuning time is Fall, Winter and Autumn.

Not to rag, but water injection does not make power. It allows you to make more power by running more boost and advancing the timing, while warding off detonation that would otherwise have occured using "pump" gas.
If you turned up the boost/timing to the point that it was starting to detonate and then put on the water injection, it would most likely stop. Thus, you would make more power without blowing up your engine.
It also allows a margin of safety if you get some bad gas.

Aquamist does say other things. And I do not tune my engine on water, cause when water gets empty, what should I do then?
aquamist "alcohol" injection does make power. i have seen 70+whp increase just tapping the button for a second on a supra we worked on. i

I used 50% Water and 50% Alcohol and I see nothing and I feel nothing. What should I say, it does not gain any numbers on my setup. The pump works and the water is spraying.

stay out of boost
Good write up though- I was always curious about this kinda stuff.

From what I gather the Aqua mist is to be used like when you use race gas when the boost is UP.
As you said if you have a efficient intercooler then you might not see a substantial gain when running average boost levels but turn the boost up to where you would normally be detonating then you switch on the Aqua mist and you should see gains. If not its a pile of crap. I know a few people who have used it with good success they use methanol and water though.

where you watching intake temps? What happens to your temp when your water injection was on? Did the temps go down? Also how much water are you spraying? you'll be surprised to see how much you really need.
Setting it up right takes some time but in the end it's worth it.

what intercooler were you running dont you still have the drag one in there spearco core.

I would use that pump to inject methonal you might see a gain from that. But on my JRSC car water injection did nothing on the dyno but stop the detionation. it is a good bandaid for poor tuning!
