OBD1 Car w/ OBD2 Motor?
Well, with the search button not functioning, and the fact that I am looking for a new motor than what I had planned I need some help.
I am looking into getting a D16y7 from a '00 Civic EX, my car is a '93 Civic CX Hatch. What all do I need to do to convert it from an OBD2 system to an OBD1? Pretty much, what do I need to do to get the motor in the car and running?
Thanks, Scott

Reuse your OBDI distributor, injectors, engine harness and ECU. There will be a little wiring if you are going from a nonVTEC engine to a VTEC engine. This would also require the use of a P28 OBDI VTEC ECU. Other than that, it will be a very easy swap.

This really opens it up, now I dont have to look for older engines. I would only ahve to get the parts from the older engine and that probably isnt to hard right?
