I have a built H22 with a drag 2 turbo kit boosting 4 psi (because only have 300 miles)

anyways....

If I give it more than half throttle, it boosts fine but the switch from vacuum to boost is jerky and If I only accelerate half throttle, it switches from vacuum to boost just fine and it seems to pull better.....

anyone else have these symptons?

Lastly, is it normal to some oil on the valve cover breather?
