Default last Question, what plugs for boost

ok, this is the last thing i need. i did a search but couldnt find anything. do i run colder plugs or hotter??? With boost, gonna be runnin like 9psi on LS. i also have msd ignition. Are there any brands of plugs that are better to use?? or should i just stick with ngk? Thanks Oh also, how much should i retard the timing, i thought i saw something like 1 degree for every psi of boost. not sure.

if you have a b18b... BCPR7ES11s

i would suggest retarding your stock timing at least 1~2 degrees.

does it matter if it's BKR7E or BCPR7E for a b18b/b20?

8-10 degrees should be adequate, so long as you are going the FMU route.

We have been using the NGK Iridium plugs for some time now with great success. One set has lasted without fouling for nearly 8months. A switch to NGK coppers resulted in - no power gain/loss, but they didn't last very long. I recommend them, but not the Denso's. They are alarmingly fragile

8-10 for 9psi of boost? Isn't that a little much? I'm not trying to start a pissing match, but wouldn't it be 7-8 degrees?

I just grabbed both those plugs to compare them. They are exactly the same on the side the combustion chamber sees. The only difference is the BKR type plugs are slightly shorter on the side the wires hook up to. I'm talking like 1mm here, so maybe your plug wires will fit slightly worse on one than the other, but for all intents and purposes they are the same plug.
