Icon3 Corroded ECU

Okay so I have a 1994 Acura Integra and every time I drive it she seems like she's losing power. As long as I'm ripping it though, the car drives fine.
At first I thought it was the dizzy because the Check engine light was on and a code for the cylinder position sensor was being throne. But then I read that it could also be the ECU if it got wet. Only thing is, there was no sign of it being wet or even a little bit of moisture.. but it was corroded on the one side but not by where the harness plugs in. idk what else to do .... HELP !!!

Main Concern:
Car is losing power and misfiring

This may seem obvious....but you did check the cylinder position sensor didn't you?

I read that the sensor is in the dizzy itself, so I just changed the dizzy as a whole. So could it be the timing or something ? or the dizzy isn't in right ?
